5. Refund Policy (Cash on Delivery)

Since Zulverra.org operates on Cash on Delivery (COD):

  • Refunds are issued via bank transfer, Easypaisa, JazzCash, or store credit
  • Refund processing time: 5–10 business days after product inspection
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the error is from our side

6. Exchange Policy

If you prefer an exchange:

  • We will send a replacement product after receiving and verifying the returned item
  • If the product is out of stock, a refund will be offered instead

7. Return Shipping Cost

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or damaged product), we will cover return shipping costs
  • If the return is due to customer preference, the buyer may bear shipping charges

8. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting us immediately.
